Your purchase
$149 USD once. Your checkout total is $149 USD. Includes one original responsive design, three color themes, local browser editor and CLI, static export, editable source, deployment instructions, commercial website-use rights and limited support. Requires Python 3.10+ and a modern browser. No hosting, domain, automatic publication, backend forms, booking, ecommerce, CRM, custom work, unlimited support or lifetime maintenance is included.
Commercial-use license
You may modify the purchased kit for your workflow and create any number of personal or client websites, including commercial sites. You may deliver generated HTML, CSS, authorized assets and editable website source to clients. No Nimbus subscription or attribution is required. You may not redistribute or resell the builder, template kit, substantially similar competing kit or purchase archive. Your uploaded assets remain your responsibility. Only original kit material is licensed; no runtime, vendor binary, third-party SDK or font is redistributed. The complete license is included in the download.
Refunds
Email your receipt or transaction reference within 14 calendar days of purchase to request a refund. Requests in that period are accepted and returned through the original payment method, subject to processing time. After a refund, stop using the kit and remove retained builder copies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Support
Installation/use questions and reproducible kit defects are supported for 30 calendar days after purchase. Target response: three business days. No 24/7 monitoring or uptime SLA. Send sanitized reproductions, never credentials or private client information. Hosting/DNS administration, custom design or code, third-party services and ongoing website maintenance are excluded. This purchase covers version 0.1.1, not all future releases.
Privacy and delivery
The purchased editor runs locally and does not transmit your briefs or photos to Nimbus. On this sales site, payment is processed by Stripe’s hosted checkout. Nimbus stores purchase email, provider transaction/session identifiers, purchased version, delivery state and token hashes to fulfill purchases, support refunds and prevent abuse. Nimbus does not receive full card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy terms. No marketing subscription is created by purchase.
The web server records standard request information, including IP address, request time, requested page and browser information, for operation and security. Private receipt and download addresses are excluded from access logs. Short-term abuse counters use hashed IP values. Contact the seller with privacy questions.
Private receipt and download links grant purchase access. Do not share them. Download links expire after 24 hours; your private receipt can generate another after verified payment. Refunds and disputes can suspend future downloads. Delivery is through the confirmation page after verified payment. Save its private receipt address before leaving. Download email is not currently available. Contact the seller for access, correction or deletion questions; legally required transaction records may need retention.
Limits
The kit is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. There is no promise of leads, revenue, search rankings, universal compatibility or legal/accessibility certification. Mandatory rights are not excluded. Review the real demonstration and requirements before purchase.
